This Week in Ner Yaakov - November 10, 2006Date: November 12, 2006The week started off with exciting news that Rabbi Sondhelm became a grandfather once again. Our dear Rabbis Kunsler and Rabbi Lichtman went recruiting in America. Rabbi Liff returned from America Thursday after his trip that included fundraising, recruiting, and Chasnanas of Yeshiva alumni. Thursday night Ner Jake guys went Paint balling. There are a bunch of new faces in the Yeshiva as bochurim keep on pouring in from all different Yeshivas in Israel. Ner Yaakov second football team lost a tough game on Friday. Their record is now 0-1-1. Ner Yaakov Cobras also lost this Motzei Shabbas, playing their divisional rivals Karlitz, a branch of the defending champs Big Blue. |
