We achieve this goal by providing our students with individualized learning programs that meet their unique needs. No matter what his level of learning, Ner Yaakov has a shiur that is right for each student. Want to learn Gemara - in depth? Want to gain a new perspective on tefilla? Want to talk about issues that are on your mind? At Ner Yaakov you will be able to do all that - and more. Take a Gemara Ta’anis class; connect to a more meaningful davening or just shmooze with your rebbe.
Our energetic staff of Rebbeim takes a special interest in each student’s needs.
Ner Yaakov has a large and varied staff, making it possible for every student to receive the personalized attention he needs to succeed.
Ner Yaakov currently serves over eighty students in its first- and second-year programs. They hail from Yeshivot throughout North America, Europe, and Israel.
We also have a thriving Kollel, whose members learn with the students, serving as mentors, guides and friends throughout the year-and for years to come.
Ner Yaakov offers its students a full Jewish studies curriculum. While classes focus on Gemara, Halacha and philosophy, a great deal of emphasis is placed on developing character traits and applying Torah values to everyday life.
